On 8 and 9 September 2011 were held in Montevideo, at Torre de las Telecomunicaciones, the VI Rio de la Plata Internal Audit Conference organized by the Uruguayan Institute of Internal Audit with the support of the Internal Audit Office. The theme this year was "Internal Audit: ensuring effective management, transparency and quality."
Participated in this conference more than 200 professionals among local and international exhibitors, exchanging experiences and expertise in an event that has become a benchmark for the region for the profession.
As in previous years, BDO Uruguay supported this important event with the participation of CPA Leticia Otero who presented on "Internal Audit and Compliance: teamwork."
